HAM//KARMA Lower 3rd Brake Light Kit

THE PROJECT

This kit was born out of a personal need to finish the rear aesthetic of the GR Corolla after a dual-exhaust swap. What started as an idea has been refined into a professional-grade, plug-and-play solution.

CHASSIS & HOUSING ARCHITECTURE

• Mounting Bracket: Precision-machined from aerospace-grade 6061 aluminum alloy (Professional Deburred Finish)
• Main Housing: Carbon Fiber Reinforced ASA; precision-additive manufactured for high rigidity, enhanced UV resistance, and superior thermal stability.
  
• Weight Optimization: Rigorous prototyping reduced total weight by 9.2oz.
• Prototype: 1lb 12.8oz
• Final Production: 1lb 3.6oz

LED OPTICAL ASSEMBLY

• Configuration: Full LED (4 x 3 LED Array)
• Functions: Race-Style Strobe Brake Light
  
• Brake Response: Fast Responding (Blinks 5 times on application)
  
• Lens/Shell: Dark Tinted Smoke PMMA Lens / Durable ABS Housing
  
• Electrical: 12 Volts / 5 Watts

THE CONNECTION: TRUE OEM INTEGRATION

• Plug-and-Play: True "click-in" installation that respects the factory electrical system. (CraftC Tail lamps will need to tap/splice at this time)
• Sealed Automotive Connectors: Utilizes industry-standard 3-pin sealed connectors for a factory-level fit.
• Weatherproof Protection: Designed for harsh automotive environments to ensure moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant performance.
• Hand-Wrapped Harnessing: Each harness is hand-assembled and wrapped in high temperature automotive loom.

PROFESSIONAL-GRADE STAINLESS HARDWARE

• A2-70 Serrated Hex Flange Nuts: Stainless steel serrated nuts designed to "bite" into the bracket, ensuring the assembly remains secure against road vibration.
• ISO 7380 Button Head Screws: M6-1.00 x 16mm Stainless Steel socket cap screws for a low-profile, clean look.
